Last updated: January 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnapLoad ("Service"), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any updates.

2. Nature of the Service

SnapLoad is an independent web-based utility that helps users access publicly available video content from supported third-party platforms for personal, non-commercial offline viewing. SnapLoad does not host, upload, store, cache, or distribute any video content. All media accessed through the Service is retrieved directly from the original source at the user's explicit request. SnapLoad is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any third-party platform including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.

3. User Responsibility & Acceptable Use

You are solely and entirely responsible for ensuring that any content you download through the Service is content you have the legal right to access and save. You must not use the Service to download, copy, reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any content that is protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights without explicit written authorization from the rights holder. SnapLoad bears no responsibility whatsoever for any misuse of the Service by users, including any copyright infringement or violation of third-party platform terms of service.

4. Plans, Pricing & Changes

SnapLoad offers a free tier and optional paid plans. The features, limits, and pricing of all plans — including the free tier — are subject to change at any time at SnapLoad's sole discretion without prior notice. Paid subscriptions are billed as described at the time of purchase. SnapLoad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any plan or pricing at any time. Refunds are issued solely at SnapLoad's discretion and are not guaranteed.

5. Service Availability

SnapLoad makes no guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Service. The Service may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time, temporarily or permanently, without notice. SnapLoad shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. SnapLoad expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SnapLoad does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be free of errors or harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SnapLoad and its owner(s), operators, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of — or inability to use — the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damages resulting from content downloaded through the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SnapLoad and its owner(s), operators, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights.

9. Third-Party Platforms

SnapLoad operates independently and is not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or terms of any third-party platform. Third-party platforms may change their technical infrastructure at any time, which may affect the functionality of this Service. SnapLoad assumes no obligation to maintain compatibility with any third-party platform.

10. Modifications to Terms

SnapLoad reserves the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the Service operator's location.
